About Us

California DAR volunteering

Los Cerritos Chapter, NSDAR, supports historic preservation in our restoration projects at Long Beach's historic Rancho Los Cerritos. We support education through our DAR schools, students' American history essays and DAR Good Citizen Awards. We invite guest speakers to talk about historic people and events and other topics. We support patriotism by honoring and serving our veterans, our troops, our flag, our country, and supporting Junior Reserve Officers Training Corp (JROTC). We remember our ancestors who helped America achieve its freedom. We are happy to participate in events at the Long Beach Veterans Administration.
